• Floor plan, as shown on the website

• Complete materials list for your closed-in structure (minus optional interior finishing, the cost of your concrete foundation and labor)

These plans are not intended for obtaining a building permit.  However, they will allow any local regulatory body to see necessary information such as building size, shape, and window and door location.  Just as importantly, they will help you or your contractor do important preliminary pricing  on your lumber and other materials, so that you'll have a solid idea of what your building costs will be.

And when you're ready to order your plans, the cost of the Starter Pack will be credited toward your plan price.
